Transportation requests
Ride requests are subject to vehicle availability, route requirements, pickup timing, and confirmation by dispatch. Submitting a request does not guarantee a reservation until confirmed.
Pricing
Quoted rates may depend on vehicle class, route, date, wait time, tolls, parking, stops, airport requirements, and requested service level. Corporate and hourly bookings may use separate terms.
Cancellations and wait time
Cancellation windows, wait-time charges, and no-show policies vary by trip type and vehicle class. Confirm these terms before booking airport transfers, hourly charters, Sprinters, and event transportation.
Passenger responsibilities
Passengers are responsible for accurate pickup details, contact information, luggage counts, passenger counts, flight numbers, and any special requirements such as child seats or accessibility notes.
