NY Corporate Car Service answers in the first sentence
NY Corporate Car Service is a New York City corporate car service. Posted hourly floors as of 2026 are sedan $120, SUV $150, S-Class $230, and Sprinter $240, each with a 3-hour minimum. Call (929) 684-2366.
Booking
How do I book?
Book on the reservation form or call (929) 684-2366. There is no mobile app claimed on this site. Corporate account requests can go to corporate@nycorporatecarservice.com.
How far in advance should I book?
Book as soon as the meeting or flight is real. This FAQ does not invent a 24-hour guarantee or a last-minute promise. Peak airport hours and Midtown dinner hours fill faster. If the class matters, book it before the day starts.
Can I change or cancel?
Change and cancel terms are confirmed on the reservation, not invented here. Use the booking form or email the corporate desk. This page does not publish a 2-hour free-cancel window because that number is not in the site brief.
Rates
How much is a sedan?
An executive sedan is $120 per hour with a 3-hour minimum, which is $360. Time after three hours continues at $120 per hour.
How much is an SUV?
A luxury SUV is $150 per hour with a 3-hour minimum, which is $440.
How much is an S-Class?
S-Class service is $230 per hour with a 3-hour minimum, which is $690.
How much is a Sprinter?
Sprinter service is $240 per hour with a 3-hour minimum, which is $710. Use it when headcount or luggage makes stacked sedans a worse plan.
Are rates all-inclusive?
This page does not claim that fuel, tolls, and gratuity are bundled. The posted number is the hourly floor for the class. Confirm extras on the reservation if finance needs a fully loaded figure.
Do you publish JFK flat fares?
No. Airport work still uses the hourly table unless a confirmation says otherwise. See rates and JFK.
Airports and coverage
Which airports do you serve?
This site has transfer pages for JFK, LaGuardia, Newark Liberty, Teterboro, Westchester County, and Long Island MacArthur.
Do you track flights?
Add the flight number on the form. This FAQ does not invent automatic flight tracking, meet-and-greet in the arrivals hall, or complimentary 30- and 60-minute waits.
Where do you pick up in the city?
Location pages exist for Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island, Westchester, White Plains, Yonkers, Greenwich, Stamford, Hoboken, Jersey City, Long Island, and the Hamptons. Put the door in the notes. Hudson Yards, Penn Station, and Grand Central each have more than one curb.
Fleet
What vehicles are listed?
Executive sedan (1-3 passengers), luxury SUV (up to 6), S-Class (1-3), and Sprinter for group travel. This FAQ does not name Mercedes, Lincoln, or Cadillac models.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Amenities are not listed as a guaranteed package on this site. Ask on the reservation if a specific feature matters.
Corporate accounts
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes. Companies can request centralized billing and recurring reservations. Email corporate@nycorporatecarservice.com with typical routes, vehicle class, and traveler volume. This page does not invent volume discounts or a dedicated account manager title.
Safety and licensing
Are you TLC licensed?
This site does not publish a TLC license number, insurance limit, or chauffeur hiring ratio. New York for-hire rules exist. This FAQ will not invent a license for the brand.
Is there a 15-minute early guarantee?
No. That guarantee is not posted here. Book earlier than the meeting if the start time is hard.
Airport volume that drives the questions
The Port Authority reported 63.3 million JFK passengers, 33.5 million LaGuardia passengers, and 48.9 million Newark passengers in 2024, part of 146.1 million across the region's commercial airports. Source: PANYNJ, Feb. 6, 2026. The February 6, 2026 volume report put 2025 at 62.6 million at JFK, 32.8 million at LaGuardia, and 47 million at Newark, with 142.7 million across the commercial system. Source: PANYNJ, Feb. 6, 2026. That is why a reserved hourly class and a flight number beat an app quote at the same minute as everyone else.

Worked examples with the posted math
Example A. One traveler, JFK to a Midtown hotel, sedan class. The floor is $120/hr and $360 for three hours. Add the flight number. Do not expect this FAQ to invent a $75 airport flat.
Example B. Four people, LaGuardia to Brooklyn, SUV class. The floor is $150/hr and $440 for three hours. Put the Brooklyn door in the notes. The BQE and the Grand Central Parkway are the roads. Drive time is not a promise on this page.
Example C. A six-person roadshow with three Midtown stops. Sprinter class is $240/hr and $710 for three hours. Book hourly charter so wait time is inside the window. Email corporate@nycorporatecarservice.com if several assistants will repeat the same pattern.
Example D. A traveler who asked for S-Class by name. That row is $230/hr and $690 for three hours. If they only needed a sedan, the $120 row is the right one.
The Port Authority 2024 counts remain the record backdrop: JFK 63.3 million, LaGuardia 33.5 million, Newark 48.9 million, regional commercial total 146.1 million. Source: PANYNJ, Feb. 6, 2026. 2025 was 62.6 million, 32.8 million, 47 million, and 142.7 million. Source: PANYNJ, Feb. 6, 2026. Last Updated: September 2026.
More booking questions, answered first
What if the flight is late? Add the flight number and call (929) 684-2366 if the landing time moves a lot. This FAQ does not invent automatic tracking or a free 60-minute wait.
What if the meeting runs long? That is why hourly charter has a 3-hour minimum. A sedan already costs $360 for three hours. For extra time, request a revised full-duration estimate before rounding.
What if two travelers need two cars? Book two reservations. Do not assume one SUV at $150/hr covers two opposite directions.
What if the traveler is at Teterboro? Open the TEB page. Teterboro is not Newark Liberty. It is a different airport page on this site.
What if the traveler is at Westchester County Airport? Open the HPN page. What if they are at Long Island MacArthur? Open the ISP page.
What if the drop is Greenwich? Open the Greenwich location page and write the office park door. I-95 is the road. This FAQ does not invent a minute count.
What if the drop is the Hamptons? Open the Hamptons page and the NYC-to-Hamptons route. Route 27 is the road. Book hourly if the car should wait through a dinner.
What if finance wants tolls itemized? Ask on the reservation. This FAQ does not claim tolls are bundled or excluded. The posted number is the hourly floor.
What if someone booked hourly-charters with an extra s? That URL redirects to hourly-charter.
